The Access to Insight scholarship supports training in haemophilia and other haemostatic disorders at an approved Haemophilia Treatment Center, and should be taken for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 12 months. The scholarship is awarded at a rate of € 70,000 per annum, pro rata and is to cover travel, accomodation and living costs.

The scholarship aims to help doctors with a minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in haematology and at least 1 year’s experience in haemostasis/haemophilia who have an interest in pursuing or strengthening their career as a haemostasis/haemophilia expert.

Applications will be assessed by the faculty of the Haemophilia Academy.* The training programme will be based on a minimum training curriculum and will focus on haemostasis and rare bleeding disorders.
